About Us
We opened a guest house and cafe in Tamatsukuri in 2007,
then we moved to Fukushima-ku in 2013.
It's been 15 years since we established our guest house and cafe.
We run a guest house, restaurant and rental studio in Osaka and Nara.
Guesthouse U-en is a long-established guesthouse that has been in business for 17 years. Located at Fukushima Station, one stop from Osaka Station, it also serves as a base for sightseeing in the Kansai region. On the first floor, there are Spice Curry TAIRIKU and Akutagawa Coffee, and there are many general customers. Would you like to create memories of Osaka in a different space than usual where Japanese and overseas guests mingle?

Akutagawa Coffee is a shop where you can enjoy home-roasted coffee beans and delicious sweets. We offer authentic coffee, including hand drip coffee that is carefully brewed one cup at a time, and espresso coffee.

Kumotei is a pizza restaurant, and all customer need to book in advance.
We run the restaurant in a traditional Japanese style house in Mt. Ikoma, Nara.
We offer delicious pizza baked in a stone oven, and you can see a nice view of the Nara Basin from the restaurant.
