●Characteristics of the accommodation
Guest House U-en is located in Fukushima, one station from Osaka Station, and includes a guest house, Akutagawa Coffee (home-roasted coffee stand and bar), Spice Curry ``Tainki'', Nippon Bunbosha (artist's handiwork, etc.) It is a complex facility with various shops such as a general store that sells various items. It opened in Tamatsukuri in 2007 and moved to Fukushima in 2011.
It has been renovated to take advantage of the quality of the Japanese house that was once a Japanese restaurant that was built over 110 years ago.
We have held live performances and events by various artists and musicians, and we are now in our 10th year of not only operating accommodation facilities, but also doing various activities with the help of interesting friends in Osaka.

 

●What I want you to do　Key Tasks
We are looking for kitchen staff who can enjoy working while communicating with guests from all over the world!
I love spices! I love curry! I love cooking! Recommended for those who want to study restaurant management and those who are interested in menu development!
Beginners welcome! We will train you carefully from scratch.

<Specific job details>
・Preparation of spice curry and general cooking.
・Preparing food for parties, etc., and general cooking.
・Prepare and cook simple snacks such as bread, sandwiches, and sweets.

●Work environment (work atmosphere, age group, number of employees, culture, etc.)
The staff members are mainly in their 20s and 30s, and there are many different races, all with their own unique personalities. The atmosphere of the inn and cafe is created by the differences and strengths of each staff member. Many of the guests are tourists from foreign countries. There are always many different languages and cultures buzzing around the facility. It is also highly recommended for those who dream of running a guest house with a cafe in the future.

●Salary
Hourly wage: 1030 yen~
*There will be a training period and pay will be increased depending on ability and motivation.

5-8 hours between 10:00-21:00

2 shifts

①09:30～15:00/15:30

②15:00/15:30～20:00/21:00

*It is also possible to work 2-3 days a week or only on Saturdays and Sundays. Please feel free to contact us.

●Holiday/Vacation Holiday
Since it is a shift system, there is flexibility in holidays, but it will have to be balanced with other staff.
Submit your application by the 10th of the previous month, and the next month's amount will be decided on the 15th.
You can also take long vacations such as traveling. However, in that case, you will need to consult with other staff in advance.

・Spice lovers, curry lovers, and coffee lovers are welcome!

・Those who use it more than twice a week
・Those who can work for more than half a year
・Those who can work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (including year-end and New Year holidays and Obon holidays) (Saturday-and-Sunday only shifts are also possible)
・People who like cooking (even those with no experience are OK)
・People who like working in a team
・People who love hospitality and have a bright personality
