・There is our reception at Akutagawa coffee on the first floor, and the staff who works at Akutagawa coffee will handle your check in.

Our guest house is on the second floor of the building, but please complete your check-in at "Akutagawa coffee" on the first floor.
In consideration of the health of both customers and staff, the staff will be wearing masks as a precautionary measure, and we have set up acrylic sheets on the counter. (panels to prevent the dispersion of airborne droplets)
[1] All guests will have their temperature checked.
[2] If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are feeling unwell in any way, please speak to the staff immediately.
[3] Our guests are asked to wear masks in the hostel, except for eating and drinking activities. We are regularly ventilating the areas inside the facility. We have a limit on how many people can stay at a time due to the coronavirus.
[4] Disinfectants are regularly used during cleaning, especially in locations frequented by large number of people.

Small children are allowed to stay at the hostel. We charge 1000 yen for each additional person over 3 years old as facility charges. If you want to stay with small children, please contact us by email.

Points to note regarding facilities and equipment
・There are no shower rooms or toilets in the rooms.
・Most of the facilities, including the bathroom, are shared with other guests.
・Because it was formerly a Japanese restaurant and is made of wood, the doors and walls are constructed with sliding doors and other construction that is not soundproof .
・We cannot recommend this place to people who are sensitive to outside noise or who value their privacy.
・All rooms are on the second floor, but there is no elevator. Please be aware of this before using the facility.

・Cancellation fees will be charged from 3 days before the date of use. We are a small inn, so we ask for your understanding.

Our place is near Nakanoshima area. Even though there is in the middle of a city, there is a lot of nature, so we suggest going for a walk around there to refreshed. It takes only 5 minutes from here in U-en to Nakanoshima area.
