[Currently recruiting] Guest House U-en Recruiting night shift helpers

U-en is recruiting new night shift helper staff!

If you would like to experience working at a guest house even for a short period of time, or if you would like to be in an environment where you can use English, please apply!

There are no restrictions on nationality or language proficiency in Japanese or English.

In exchange for your assistance, we will provide you with free accommodation.



・Night shift duty between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM (7:00 AM is also negotiable).

・Easy cleaning and check-in service for about 1 to 2 hours
・Work 22 to 23 times a month. There are 8 days off per month (shift system)
・From 10pm - simple cleaning and garbage removal, late check-in, etc.
・The night shift room will only be available when you are sleeping, turning off the lights, or in case of an emergency.


・Private rooms are available for night shift staff.
・Housing, bedding, utilities, and WiFi are free. There is no cash payment.
・Special benefits for using the cafe at staff prices
・Free use of washing machine
・If you need a bicycle, please bring your own.

*Preference will be given to those who can work for more than 3 months!

Shifts will be decided after consultation one month in advance. If you would like to take consecutive days off, please contact us each time. Sudden shift changes are not a problem as long as you can coordinate with other members.

・We would be very grateful if you could help us with event planning, sightseeing information, etc. If you have something you would like to try at a guesthouse, please plan it.
・Foreign nationals need a work visa in Japan.
