Located in Fukushima, one station from Osaka Station, there are Guesthouse U-en (accommodation), Akutagawa Coffee (home-roasted coffee cafe), Spice Curry Tairiku, and Nippon Bunbosha (miscellaneous goods such as handicrafts by artists). It is a complex facility with various shops such as
It opened in Tamatsukuri in 2007 and moved to Fukushima in 2011.
It has been renovated to take advantage of the quality of the Japanese house that was once a Japanese restaurant that was built over 110 years ago.
We have held live performances and events by various artists and musicians, and we are now in our 14th year of not only operating accommodation facilities, but also doing various activities with the help of interesting friends in Osaka.

 

●What I want you to do　Key Tasks
We are looking for cafe front staff who can enjoy working while communicating with guests from all over the world! Recommended for people who love coffee, want to learn how to run a cafe, those who are interested in roasting beans and developing menus, and those who are interested in managing a guest house or providing front desk services and tourist information! Gain a wide range of management knowledge! Beginners welcome! We will train you carefully from scratch.

<Specific cafe work details>
- Providing coffee using hand drip or espresso machines using roasted beans from our own brand, ``Akutagawa Coffee.''
・Providing beers from around the world, carefully selected Japanese sake, other alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, etc.
・Prepare, cook, and serve simple snacks such as bread, sandwiches, and sweets.
・General hall work including curry lunch (with follow-up on curry cooking work)

・Check-in/out support for accommodation business (communication with overseas guests)

・Front desk duties such as check-in and check-out
・Clerical work such as reservation management (email correspondence, telephone correspondence, reservation site update processing, etc.)
・Cleaning work (cleaning of guest rooms, water areas, and general building)
・Guest support duties (tourist information, etc.)

The staff members are mainly in their 20s and 30s, and there are many different races, all with their own unique personalities. The atmosphere of the inn and cafe is created by the differences and strengths of each staff member. Many of the guests are tourists from foreign countries. There are always many different languages and cultures buzzing around the facility. It is also highly recommended for those who dream of running a guest house with a cafe in the future.

Hourly wage: 1030 yen~

*The training period is one month. During this time, a training allowance will be provided.

It's a shift system, so you can have flexible days off.
Basically, requests for the next month are requested by the 5th of the previous month, and decisions are made between the 15th and 20th.
You can also take long vacations such as traveling. However, in that case, you will need to consult with other staff in advance.
