●Characteristics of the accommodation
Guest House U-en is located in Fukushima, one station from Osaka Station, and includes a guest house, Akutagawa Coffee (home-roasted coffee stand and bar), Spice Curry ``Tainki'', Nippon Bunbosha (artist's handiwork, etc.) It is a complex facility with various shops such as a general store that sells various items.
It opened in Tamatsukuri in 2007 and moved to Fukushima in 2011.
It has been renovated to take advantage of the quality of the Japanese house that was once a Japanese restaurant that was built over 110 years ago.
We have held live performances and events by various artists and musicians, and we are now in our 16th year of not only operating accommodation facilities, but also doing various activities with the help of interesting friends in Osaka.

We are looking for front desk staff who can enjoy working while communicating with guests from all over the world!
Beginners welcome! We will train you carefully from scratch.

・Front desk duties such as check-in and check-out
・Clerical work such as reservation management (email correspondence, telephone correspondence, reservation site update processing, etc.)
・Cleaning work (cleaning of guest rooms, water areas, and general building)
・Guest support duties (tourist information, etc.)

The staff members are mainly in their 20s and 30s, and there are many different races, all with their own unique personalities. The atmosphere of the inn and cafe is created by the differences and strengths of each staff member. Many of the guests are tourists from foreign countries. There are always many different languages and cultures buzzing around the facility. It is also highly recommended for those who dream of running a guest house with a cafe in the future.

Hourly wage 1030 yen to 1100 yen
*The training period will be one month.
*Salary increases and managerial positions are available depending on ability and motivation.

*Work will be adjusted for 4 to 6 hours between 8:00 and 22:00.

●Holiday/Vacation Holiday
It's a shift system, so you can have flexible days off.
Basically, applications should be submitted between the 10th and 15th of the previous month, and the next month's amount will be decided on the 20th.
You can also take long vacations such as traveling. (You will need to consult with other staff in advance.)

●Required qualifications/conditions
・People who like traveling, people who like hospitality, people with a bright personality
・Those who can communicate in English for everyday conversation, email, and phone calls→Because the majority of guests are foreigners

・Those who like coffee and are interested in cafe business → You may also work in cafe business (Akutagawa Coffee) at the same time.

・Those who are comfortable with computer work (email replying, basic operations such as Excel, etc.) → All reservation processing and information sharing will be done on a computer.
・People who like working in a team
・Those who can work for more than 8 days a month, and those who can work for a long period of one year or more → Preference will be given to those with long-term aspirations and flexibility.
・People who can work both morning and night shifts, and people who can work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (including year-end and New Year holidays and Obon holidays)
・Those who can use illustrators and those who are good at posting on SNS are welcome!

・Daily English ability and multilingual skills - those who are motivated even if they can't speak a little
